Two classics were on stage this day at Kincsem Park (Budapest).  The Sprinter Kupa (purse 2,000,000Huf 1800 meters autostart, eight starters) saw 2.9/1 odds Uccellone (6m Corleone-Zora Island-Fast Photo) score easily timed in 1.13.4kr driven by Christoph Schwarz  for trainer Robert Gramuller and owner Stall Wieserhof, all German connections. Uccellone bested 1.5/1 odds favorite Enjoy (5m Maharajah-Journey Boko-Zola Boko) that rallied gamely  after a miscue affected his  chances.

He was reined by Imre Fazekas  for Prolongo III  and trainer Bernadett Balogh that entered with 11 wins in 20 starts. Home third was 28.6/1 Denalda  Op (6f  Ringostarr Treb-Ostia Antica-Ganymede) handled by Joze Sagaj for trainer Zvonko Osterc. Bonaparte Boss (8g Napoleon) was fourth and  Cardenas  Baba (7f From Above) was fifth.  The speed  record for this race is 1.12.7krset by Maugli in 2024.

In the featured Nemzeti DIJ (purse 3,000,000€, 1960 meters distance handicap, seven starters three and four year olds) the 6.5/1 odds Giovanni Fling (3g Chelsea Boko-Veronica Fling-Racino) scored in 1.18.2kr with trainer Veljko Mazsity aboard for owner Hico.

This one now has three wins in four career starts. Kabela Menes Kft bred the winner. The 1.4/1 odds favorite Freya T Boko (4f Campo Bahia-Jasmin F Boko-Trixton) was game second handicapped 40 meters, driven by Goran Zolnaji for trainer Adrian Burany.
