Harness racing hits Addington again today with 11 races on the card . The racing starts at 5:06pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Trump Card (4) Ran home well last start and better draw. Top driver booked and good win chance
Dawn To Dark (1) Ace draw will help and should begin quickly. Place hopes from a trailing position
Munroe’s Mate (10) Getting better with racing and good upset win last start. Top three hope here

Race 2

Fugitive (5) Nice win last start at Auckland and easier here. Likely to be winning again in this field
Rakero Maximus (4) In winning form and untapped. Could give the favourite a run for his money
Freeze Frame (3) Improver from his last start second and place chance again here. Needed here

Race 3

Tu Tangata (4) Nearly won last start and is drawn handy here. Good run expected with manners
Mavis Jones (12) Has not had a lot of luck in recent starts. Needs to be put in the race but has claims
Edward Longshanks (10) Race form is ok and has the conditions to suit. Can run into the top three

Race 4

Judine (1) Back to a decent draw and driver change here. Has to be a good chance in this. Include
Radioactive Jaffa (15) Tricky draw but has plenty of speed. Should give a good account in this
Lord Mudrick (2) In form and likely to go forward early here. Place claims again from the draw.

Race 5

Seaside Rose (8) Fought on last start and has gate speed if needed. Top selection in this but wide draw
Beach Day (7) Running on last start and well placed here. Good each way chance in this field. Needed
Sweet Diamond (9) Will be fitter after last start. Wide draw but will go forward early. Include here

Race 6

Duchess Maria (1) Good against similar fields in the past. Looks hardest to beat here. Top selection
Redpark Warrior (5) Should get a soft run handy. never out of the money and has to be included
Who’s Ya Daddy (6) Manners still iffy but no doubting the ability. Track stats ok and could give a sight

Race 7

The Queens Gambit (5) Likely to head forward early here. Up to winning this if she can find the front
Miki’s Deal (1) Ace draw helps and should go close to placing in this. Southern horses race well here
Cool For Cats (3) Big win last start and should get a good run near the speed. Can go back to back

Race 8

Sideshow Bruce (4) Big motor but galloped early last start. Winning claims with manners in this field
Double Jeopardy (1) Decent motor and fitter after recent racing. One of the better chances at odds
Betterthancash (10) Could get a soft trip on the pegs. Will continue to improve and place hope here

Race 9

Father Time (3) One of the form horses in the field and will be running on. Nice draw and can win
Roydon Muscle (1) Decent motor and a drawn well here. One of the better chances at longer odds
The Present Maker (7) All about the start with this one. Will continue to improve and win hope here

Race 10

Bettors Anvil (4) Has raced well in similar fields. Drawn well here and looks a good EW bet. Needed
Got The Chocolates (7) Ok draw and better than most in this. Will go forward and put pressure on
Marketplace (14) Tricky draw but can do some work mid race. Fastest horse but will need luck here

Race 11

Commander Joe (6) Track suits and has won here in the past. Better than the form suggests. Needed
Toby Tom B (1) Good form here and drawn for a cozy run on the pegs. On of the better chances
Akatea (4) Likely to race close to the speed here. Hard to beat if she can find the front. Include here
