In Finland today was the famous Seinajoki Race – Finland (Gr. I, purse 100,000€ with 50,000€ to the winner, 2100 meters autostart, 10 starters) and favorite Borups Victory (7m Googoo Gaagaa-Borups Julia) scored in course record 1.10.9kr with trainer Daniel Wajersten driving.

The now winner of 933,815€ defeated Massimo Hoist (6m Muscle Hill-Venice) with Hannu Torvinen aboard followed by Goeland d’Haufor (9g Voltigeur de Myrt-Santa Haufor) handled by Santtu Raitala. Finishing fourth was Catullo Jet (7m Maharajah-Perche’ No Jet) that was blocked in the back for much of the race but rallied late for trainer/driver Alessandro Gocciadoro. Owned by NBA basketball star Catullo Jet was ninth between horses going into the final bend. Stens Rubin set the pace and faded while the death seat parked Borups Victory went on to the victory.
