Harness racing hits Winton again today with 10 races on the card . The racing starts at 12:58pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Value:  R1   Superfast

Race 1

Superfast (6) Quick beginner who is good on her day. Can run top three with top driver on
Robyns Hustler (1) Will get a soft trip on the pegs and a good winning chance. Needed here
Cold Pursuit (2) Getting better with racing and likes the pace on. One paced but can place

Race 2

Fernz Goldy (9) Goes best with one run at them and could get a soft trip. Has to be included
Double Quick (4) Will be fitter after a good finish last start. Might start favourite in this.
Here’s Johny (1) Improver from his last start and much better draw. Top three chance here

Race 3

The Merc (12) Has the motor but needs manners to be a winning chance. Better run expected
Kamilla (16) Another with ability but makes mistakes early. Can upset with no early errors
Daisymerollin (6) Has been trialing well and stable respect. Top three chance with luck in running

Race 4

Raspalia (11) Went some good races last campaign and looks stronger this time in. Include here
Northview Ocean (14) Tricky draw but has the speed to make her own luck. Should give a sight
Katys Shadow (9) Good second last start and a top three chance with any gaps in the straight

Race 5

Julie Jaccka (6) Fought on last start and has been good in stronger fields. Top selection in this
Abadabado (4) In good form and quick beginner. Will be in it for a long way. Good chance
Aroha Kenny (5) Will be fitter after last start fifth. Small field will help and can go close. Include

Race 6

Rakamick (2) Good against a way tougher fields and cold be hard to beat against from the draw
Wild East (16) Tricky draw but does have plenty of speed. Will need luck but one for longer odds
Heidsieck (15) Trialing like an early winner. Tough draw but has to be a good chance with luck

Race 7

Utah Jazz (5) Impressive win last start and good chance to back to back in this field. Top selection
Rakasandy (7) Good draw and should go close to placing in this. Winning claims with a good trip
Always B Royal (8) In good form but terrible draw for this. Top three chance with a cart into the race

Race 8

Deny Everything (8) Highest rated horse in the field and will be running on. Wide draw but can win
Tabasco (9) Decent motor and a drawn for a soft trip. One of the better chances but will need gaps
Always Ticking (7) Better last start. Will continue to improve and place hope again here. Include

Race 9

Xerion (8) Is good when at his best. Wide draw but molbile will help and should give a good account
Bill Bootit (9) Decent motor and pegs draw here. One for longer odds if the pace is on. Include in this
Florence The Machine (10) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and needed here

Race 10

Mr President (10) Has raced well in better fields. Should get a run through early and could surprise
First Light (1) Best draw and better than most in this field. Has to be respected from the ace. Include
Magnetic Beckers (5) Good finish last start and can do some work mid race. Winning claims here
