Harness racing hits Marlborough again today with 12 races on the card . The racing starts at 1:47pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Bella Lindenny (13) Tricky handicap but weaker field than the last couple. Winning claims
Go Home Denise (6) Getting better with racing and conditions suit. Should give a sight
Heartbreak Hotel (12) Trainer change might make all the difference but still green. Include

Race 2

Interrorgator (2) Good draw and excellent grass track form. Can go close to winning this
Mariana Trench (6) Market watch after some tidy trials. Has ability and in the mix here
Dixieland Delight (1) Improver from last start and better draw. Top three chance at odds

Race 3

Vesta (4) Better draw and likely to head forward early. Good run expected and needed here
Nila Maree (1) Ok last start and a threat to these with a good run in transit. Winning claims
Miki Skipper (10) Good effort last start and can sneak into the top three with luck in transit

Race 4

Avenger (1) Solid grass track form and a winning chance again from the draw. Include
Razors Edge (4) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account
Apatchofgold (9) Out of form but a quick improver with place chances at longer odds

Race 5

Zsazsa Binx (7) Fought on last start in a similar field. Good beginner and top selection
Solemn Son (5) Grass efforts recently have been excellent. Well placed here. Good chance
Signal Hill (10) Will be fitter after last start win. Rises in grade but placed here. Include

Race 6

Carrera Kahu (1) Good draw and has a fast finish. Hard to beat with a trailing run here
Melton Magnate (13) Tricky draw but racing well. Winning claims with a cart into the race
Acento (3) Due to show form and drawn well here. Likely leader who races well on the track

Race 7

Ebury Street (12) Draw hurts but has raced better fields. Can run a tidy race again in this
Teddy The Terror (1) Should get a run through early. Has the speed to a major player here
Santanna Mach (4) Top driver booked and always a chance on the grass. Include in combos

Race 8

Tu Tangata (3) Unlucky last start. Will need a good trip but can win with his best effort
Regal Sierra (5) Nice second last start and improving. Should go close to placing in this.
Mavis Jones (7) In good form and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance

Race 9

Tokyo Rose (10) Great track stats and should get a run through early. Winning claims
Stanley’s Rule (4) Decent motor and drawn well here. Look for an improved effort
Radha (13) Up in grade after tidy win but will continue to improve. Has to be included

Race 10

Who’s Delight (10) Has raced better fields. Speedy and might loop them at some stage
Sideshow Bruce (2) Good draw and goes well on grass. Has to be respected in this
Wild Willow (6) Tough run last start and can do some work mid race. Could surprise

Race 11

Flyaway (1) Grass suits and has a noted trainer change. Can go close here from the draw
The Beach House (12) Good form on grass and top driver booked. Worth an each way
Destiny’s Dream (9) Likely to race close to the speed on the pegs. One for longer odds

Race 12

High Intensity (16) Sneaky trial win on grass but will need manners. Watch the tote here.
MM Sunshine (4) Won twice on the track last year. Nice draw here and has to be respected
Judy J (14) Getting better with racing and draw the only concern. Top three chance in this
