State of the art simulcast section reinvented

COLUMBUS, MN. – Running Aces Casino & Racetrack has reinvented the simulcast section of its floor plan, just in time for the beginning of the live racing season on June 6th and the Kentucky Derby, which can be seen and wagered on at Running Aces on May 2nd.

With over 20 new HDTVs and two picture-perfect 80-inch feature screens, the beautiful, state-of-the-art simulcast facility also offers a perfect view of the finish line at Running Aces' own harness track. "This move has not only allowed us to exponentially improve our guests' simulcast experience; it has also freed up space to break ground for a new restaurant at Running Aces, and given us the opportunity to provide four-star service to our customers as well," remarked Taro Ito, President and CEO of Running Aces Casino & Racetrack.

"It's truly a win-win for everyone!" Running Aces offers year-round simulcast wagering on standardbred, thoroughbred and quarter horse racing, opening daily at 11 a.m. On days when the first race of the day is after 2 p.m., the simulcast area opens at noon. With personal TV's and betting screens, improved lighting, and outlets for phones, tablets and PC's at every seat, the fresh simulcast section will be a sure draw for customers new and old alike.

On May 2nd, the simulcast area will open at 8:30 a.m. to accomodate early wagers on the 2015 Kentucky Derby.
