Harness Racing New South Wales (HRNSW) Stewards commenced an inquiry yesterday into the betting activities of licensed trainer and driver Mr David Moran

This included a bet placed in Race 4 at the Leeton Harness Race on 30 January 2015, a race in which Mr Moran was engaged as a driver.

Mr Moran appeared and gave evidence at the inquiry.

Additional evidence including Mr Moran’s betting records and race results were also entered into evidence.

The inquiry has been adjourned to a date to be fixed to allow further investigations to be conducted by HRNSW Stewards.
